I like that this harness is made of tough fabric and doesn't move around too much on my dog's body. With the front attachment, there is a bit of side pulling but not too bad with my 18 month old Doberman - she's 40kg and I haven't come across any harness with front attachment that holds completely in place. With my older Doberman (33kg) I have had to scrub her Ruffwear free of sand, mud and all kinds of debris and it is wearing very well. Highly recommend.
Our dogs go nuts for these. Preferred treat by my big dog and even my little dog loves chewing on them!
I have a kelpie that usually gets through even the "tough" or "indestructible" plush toys in a few days so I'm constantly mending them. He likes to play tug as well and I would have to be really careful with playing. With fluff n tuff, these last *months* and my kelpie loves them! The squeaker doesn't get destroyed quickly either so he's there happy chewing away and taking them to bed to him. Highly recommend.
I was interested to try these and see how they compare to a bully stick. I have a 1.5 year old German shepherd, a bully stick lasts her about 45 minutes, a cow hoof multiple days and the snout lasted about 10 minutes. I like that they have fur on so still provide some roughage for the gut, my dog seemed to enjoy it and thought it was a tasty snack. So overall, a good treat, just not a long last snack for intense chewers.
